Hotel Information

This code will give conference attendees and participants the $99 conferencerate and credit the room nights to us. The procedures are as follows:

1. Log onto the Rosen Plaza Hotel website at: http://www.rosenplaza.com
2. Click on the reservation link on the Rosen Plaza Hotel website
3. Click on the words "group reservation"
4. Put in the ACRES attendnee code in the attendee box and click on the log in box. The ACRES attendee code is 11012.
5. Make your reservation
