Procedures for Submitting Session Proposal

OPTION ONE: ON-LINE SUBMISSION

Submit your proposal for the 28th annual ACRES National Conference until December 14, 2007 via the online proposal submission form.

OPTION TWO: PAPER SUBMISSION

Download and send two copies of the Call for Proposals form, including the following typed abstract (500-700 words on 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper):
  1. Title of presentation
  2. Purpose of presentation (Why is this important and who is the target audience?)
  3. Objectives of the presentation (What are you planning to do?)
  4. Rural focus (How is this different from what is presented at other conferences?)
  5. Practical applications (How can your results/strategies be used by others?)
  6. Relationship to the conference theme
  7. Information (data or theoretical base) to support what is advocated
