Annual ACRES Conference

Conference Registration and Payment

Access the event page to register for the conference, become a member, or create a free account. To receive the discounted conference rate, you must first log in to your membership account.

ALL individuals who will be listed as presenters MUST register and pay for the conference by March 14 or their names will be dropped from the program.

Registration Fees for members and non-members

Registration includes a full buffet lunch, coffee breaks, snacks, and hors d'oeuvres at social events on Thursday and Friday for all attendees. Breakfast is also included for attendees who stay in the conference hotel and book using the ACRES group code (available on the on the hotel information page).

* Note that all conference fees include breakfasts with stay at conference hotel as well as lunch, snacks, and social events with appetizers on Thursday and Friday.
** Verification of full-time student status is required for student registration. Students must send an e-mail to acres-sped@mail.wvu.edu with a letter signed by their academic advisor stating that s/he is currently a full-time student at their institution and not also employed as a teacher, administrator, or faculty member at that institution.

Registration/Payment options

To register/pay by credit card:

Access the event page to register for the conference. To receive the discounted conference rate, you must first log in to your membership account. Select "register for an event" under the "I want to..." dropdown menu. You must first log in as a member to receive the discounted rates! Nonmembers may create a free account to manage registration information (e.g., print receipts, etc). 

To register/pay by check:

Download and print the ACRES Conference Registration Form below and follow the directions for mailing the form and payment to ACRES Headquarters.

NOTE: A $15 service charge will be assessed on all denied credit card payments or returned checks.

To cancel your registration

Individuals who need to cancel their registration should notify ACRES as soon as possible by e-mailing acres-sped@mail.wvu.edu. ACRES may refund conference fees (minus a 30% processing fee) only on written request that is received no later than a week before the conference date.
